To receive remote support, we are currently supporting the use of Simple Desktop by Moog Software. Using it is as easy as following a few simple instructions.

  1. Download the software by obtaining the latest password from our technical staff and then clicking the link to the proper version for your computer.
  2. You will be prompted if you want to run or save this software. Click 'Run'.

  3. The software takes only a minute or two to download. Once it completes, you will be presented with the license agreement. Read through the agreement and then click 'I Agree'.

  4. After the program installs, it will ask you if you would like to run this software every time your computer starts up. Click 'No'.
    Don't run on startup.
  5. Now you just need to click on Start -> Programs -> SimpleDesktop -> Connect to Remote Help

  6. The program will start up and the following dialogue will appear. At this point, you will need to contact us for our IP and port number which you will enter in the box.
